Our Auto Glass Repair Process
At Hennessy Collision Center, our certified body shop technicians may not have to replace the entire piece of glass. If the damage is minor enough or contained to a particular area, we can repair your glass without replacing the whole panel.
The auto glass repair process begins with us cleaning the damaged area of your windshield or window to get rid of any loose glass shards. Once all debris is removed, we prep the area for resin to fix any chipped glass. To help prevent air pockets, the chip is placed in a vacuum seal. Resin is then injected into the damaged area to fill in the crack, and the glass is put under a UV ray to seal.
